The Showboat Peace Bear was NEVER an official promotion by Livent, the group that made a series of Broadway Beanies (Example: Joseph Peace).
This is a response from a Ebay seller who is very knowledgable about Livent Beanies:
LIVENT did not ever issue this bear. Some reports were erroneously published in a Beanie mag about this upcoming release, and a few unscrupulous sellers did some ribbon switching, from what I gather... The only "Showboat Peace" on the secondary market are not legitimate SB LIVENT promotions, so no, I don't buy or sell those...! |
