The Heart to Hear Peace commemorative supported the Heart to Heart Hope Childrens Hospital.  The extra tag was autrographed by Kerry Wood, Chicagos Rookie Sensation.
This promotion was limited to only 200 pieces, and was very similar to another Heart to Heart promotion featuring Valentino the bear.  It was issued on May 6, 1988.
It says a "Piece of History" on the extra tag, also stating that it benefits the Hope Children's Hospital.
