| The Peace Beanie Buddy was presented as the commemorative Beanie on April 30, 2000, at Wrigley Field. That day's game was against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The first 12,000 fans 13 and younger, recieved the Peace Beanie Buddy (seen at right) and a commemorative card (seen below). This was the first Cub's Beanie Buddy give-away. |
